Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Beetony by Atulo, the AI compliance vault for healthcare products. The fully countersigned agreement is executed during onboarding; this page summarizes the substance.
1. The service
Beetony records every AI call your product makes, evaluates it against the patient's consent state, attaches a plain-English explanation generated on our own servers, and seals the record in an append-only audit vault. You retain ownership of the records; we provide the infrastructure to store and surface them.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to log identifiable PHI in plaintext, not to attempt to bypass quota limits, and not to use the service to process data you don't have legal authority to process. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that put patient data at risk.
3. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on paid tiers. We do not currently offer contractual uptime credits. Trial accounts are best-effort. See /status for live system health.
4. Data and ownership
Your audit records are yours. We never sell, share, or use them for any purpose outside operating your account. You can export the full dataset in CSV at any time. If you cancel, we keep your data accessible for 30 days and then delete it.
5. Payment
Billing is monthly in advance. Quota overages are billed at the standard per-call rate published on the Pricing page. Failed payments mean your service goes read-only for 14 days, then suspended.
6. Limitations
Beetony is a logging and governance layer, not a medical device. We do not give clinical advice and we do not enforce safety on the AI calls we record. You remain responsible for the correctness of every AI decision your product makes.
