(CNN) — A severely disfigured woman received the nose, cheeks, upper jaw and facial tissue from a female cadaver in the first near-total face transplant in the United States, the woman’s surgeon said Wednesday.

Every time I read about these kids who want to go school but their parents couldn’t afford it I felt compelled to do something. I always wanted to help some kids go back to school and get the education they deserve.  Even a pencil, costs about less than a quarter here, would be a luxury to have for them. Please help them. One thing I should point out is that DO NOT ever donate to HELP PROJECT. No one has any idea where the money goes to.
