I knew I should’ve used shin guard last night. I must have forgotten all the bad things happend to my knees/shins earlier this year. I started playing without enough warm up (coz I came late). After 20 minutes of play I thought it’s a bad idea to wear shin guards. They only slowed me down when I tried to do some tricks(panna tricks). So I walked to the corner of the field and took off the shin guards then joined with my buddies again. Then five minutes later sh*t happend.  Joe kicked right on my right shin when I was trying to “panna” him. The ball went through tho. Next thing I remember now is I had to stop playing and put on some spray. It didn’t help. I couldn’t walk without limping. I felt like I was such an idiot, an idiot who never learn from lessons.

I managed to get home and put on some ice bag on it. Feeling better now. Ready to play tomorrow’s pickup again. hohoho.

Maybe I am too old to play now.  And…I still haven’t figured out how to do the ATW trick.
